🛍 Products & Orders

  • All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible.

  • For handmade/ natural/ ceramic products & live plants, minor variations in size, colour or texture may occur.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders based on stock availability and delivery feasibility.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders to locations available at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on city and courier service; estimated timelines will be displayed during checkout.

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate address details to avoid delivery delays.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/ unreachable door / no response, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Because most of our products are plants, garden supplies, and fragile items, returns and replacements are accepted only under specific conditions:

  • Damaged products on arrival (must be reported within 24 hours with photos/video).

  • Wrong item delivered compared to order confirmation.

Not eligible for return/refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Plant growth issues due to care after delivery

  • Minor variations in handmade ceramic, terracotta, or rotofiber pots

  • Garden essentials once used/opened (vermicompost, potting mix, seeds, etc.)

Refund mode: Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

🌱 Live Plant Care Responsibility

We pack plants with high care. However, once delivered:

  • Temperature, sunlight, watering, and maintenance become the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not offer refunds for plant death due to neglect or misuse.

💳 Payment & Pricing

  • All payments must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise specified for bulk/corporate orders.

  • Prices may change without prior notice based on stock and supplier fluctuations.

🔐 Privacy & Data Safety

  • Customer information (name, phone, address, email) is collected only for order processing and communication.

  • We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties except logistics partners for shipping.

  • Payment is handled via secure, PCI-compliant partners. We do not store card details.

📦 Bulk / Corporate Orders

  • Bulk orders may require 50% advance payment and remaining before dispatch.

  • Customisation requests (branding, tags, packaging) may require approval of design before production.
